Mine Boutique Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item/s we will refund you, or exchange your item, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the buyer via the original method of payment.

Please note that any returned items must be in a saleable condition; they must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels still intact. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items that are not in ‘as new’ condition.

Items bought online can be returned to our Shaftesbury store using proof of purchase, but you will be refunded via the same method of payment.

Please allow 3 working days for your refund to show in your bank account.

In the unlikely case that you have received the wrong item, or if the item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of your receipt. Each case will be looked into individually and we will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
